Welcome to NaviPOS Limited ResellerHub. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms#

By accessing and using NaviPOS Limited, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. License Agreement#

NaviPOS Limited grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

3. User Responsibilities#

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the software in compliance with applicable laws
• Report any security vulnerabilities immediately
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the software

4. Payment Terms#

All payments are due according to the pricing plan selected. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Termination#

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all licenses will be revoked.

6. Limitation of Liability#

NaviPOS Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

7. Governing Law#

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Kenya.
